Private Event Packages

Private Event Packages are for a minimum of 50 guests.

Maximum seated event – 175 in the Event Barn up to 250 indoor/outdoor event

50% Deposit upon signing

Package includes:

• Climate controlled event barn
• Climate controlled 2020 Supreme Sanitation Trailer (for event guests)
• 24’ x 68’ deck with 3 tall wine barrel tables, cafe tables, cafe lighting
• 34’ x68’ Stone Patio, cafe lighting with a fire pit.
• Man Cave (325 sq. ft. of finished off barn space for meetings or extra social event space with Austin House)
• 20 x 8’ Handcrafted Farm Tables, 2 x 5’ Tables, 200 Chivari Chairs, 250 white chairs
• Staff assistance in set-up & break-down

Alcohol/Beverage Service is mandatory and provided by River Winds Farm with separate contract, not included in this package price. Outside alcohol is not allowed.

Prop Room Extras

Unlike many event venues, included in your booking is total access to our River Winds Prop Room inventory which includes; birch or copper arbor, a variety of eclectic antique furniture and seating options, picture frames and lanterns (can be hung in apple trees), yard games and much more! All our Props are available for use by our booked wedding parties.

A’la Cartes (costs are additional):

Austin House: Destination lodging options; 8-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house (separate rental contract required)
Outdoor in-ground pool: & deck (with Austin House)
160-acre property: for walking, running (5k trail on property) or biking with access to Saco River frontage
Saco River frontage: for fishing, swimming or kayaking (2 kayaks/adult life vests available)
Performance Stage (optional): 11 x 8 with 8 x 4 frontage
Gas BBQ Grille (optional)
